Laundry day

On December 2nd I was in the laundry room with Velida. I worked with Karissa we had to put over 100 napkins in this really big industrial size iron and put the napkins in groups of 25 I had 3 groups finished. After that we had to seperate big towels from wash clothes from bath mats from pool towels and there were even some robes. It wasnt all that interesting but it was quiet which i like so i got more work done and i worked faster. This is another place that i would enjoy working because i would be able to do alot which would be great especially in the workplace.I would've been able to fold laundry on a big folding machine thats industrial size but the workers in the laundry room couldnt get it to work.

AYS day

On November 25th I was in AYS with Stephanie and Robert B. AYS stands for At Your Service. In this department Robert B is the runner he brings the guest what they called down for. Stephanie is the girl that answers the phone and finds out what the people are calling for. People call her to make reservations and complain and get the stuff they need. I really enjoy this department because Stephanie is really cool, she pushes you to try new stuff. While I was down there she had me use the little radio/walky talky thing. It was fun, then I had to help her fix names so that she could print up cards for the rewards members so that they would come back. The hotel does this because its a slow season right now so they are trying to get their reward members to caome back more often. Hopefully I get to work there again before the year is over.
